Terme Quartz Internazionale (TQI) has been involved in the production of quartz ultraviolet and infrared lamps since 1980. Today it is the only Italian manufacturer of quartz lamps and the machinery and instrumentation to produce them. Thanks to their properties, quartz lamps lend themselves to many different uses in the most diverse sectors: they are commonly used in medicine, agriculture, animal husbandry, ecology, chemistry, mineralogy, criminology, electronics, information technology, pharmacology, cinematography, the food and canning industry, the sterilisation and disinfection of liquids, and water purification.
